Guarantee
  Every reasonable care has been taken by the seller to insure that this puppy is in good health, and has been examined by a licensed veterinarian, and a certificate of good health has been issued before shipment, with a copy of health certificate to be furnished to buyer upon receipt of puppy. 
  Puppy will be up-to-date, per our vets recommendations on all vaccinations and worming program required for it's age at time of shipping. Buyer will receive a copy of puppy's health records for their vet to review and recommend any treatment needed in the future.
   However, to validate this guarantee, you the buyer must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt of the puppy. If your veterinarian finds any CONGENITALdefects or serious illness with this puppy, it will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value, providing a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the puppy's illness, and the puppy is returned within 48 hours of the above mentioned guarantee. Purchaser agrees that under no circumstance will seller stand responsible after 72 hours, or if any expense is incurred in connection with the care of this puppy within the 72 hour period seller will not be responsible.
   There is not a guarantee against cocidia, ear mites, worms or other parasites.(Because these items are treated, or prevention measures taken, on a regular basis prior to the sale of the puppy.) There is also no guarantee of size, as these are just estimates.
    We will replace the puppy within the first year if the puppy developes a problem that is CONGENITAL, provided such defects are documented by your veterinarian and sent to us for our veterinarian to review. Congenital defects are problems that would not allow the puppy to grow or age to a normal life expectancy. Examples, failure of major organs which sustains life such as heart, lungs, liver etc. These would be considered congenital defects and are warranted for a period of one year from date of purchase.
   Replacements will be made upon availability and for the same value.Buyer will be responsible for all shipping and vet cost. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS.
     Puppys are like children, they take commitment, and  are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due to drafts, cold tempertures,ect. These conditions are the responsibility of the purchaser and the puppy should be checked by a vet.
  By purchasing a puppy, you the buyer, agrees to and understands the terms of this guarantee.
